Hotel matchmaking, beautifully done. I'll find the right hotel for your trip — based on your style, your travel companions, and what you want from the stay — and book it through my partner network so you arrive with extras that don't show up when booking direct. I'll handle the transportation logistics and entry requirements, and send you everything you need before you go. The day-to-day activity planning, you handle on your own.

Starting at $500 (planning fee)

For trips that need more than booking. That can mean a multi-stop itinerary across cities (multiple hotels, transportation between them), or a single destination with a daily plan of private guides, tours, and reserved activities — or both. You'll have a digital itinerary app you can pull up on your phone throughout the trip, and a real person on call while you're away.

Deluxe with the concierge layer added on. I'll handle your dining reservations and spa appointments — the kind of bookings that are hard to get on your own and easy to miss in the planning. You'll also get two rounds of major revisions on your proposal, and an optional pre-departure call to walk through everything together before you go.
